Saccharomyces Cerevisiae is commonly used worldwide in animal husbandry like natural health and growth promoters. It brings numerous benefits and it a traditional and sure source of nutrients as proteins, enzyme and B vitamin content naturally present in the brewer’s yeast.
With more than 40 years of activity in the treatment of yeast, Prosol has extensive technical skills and the experience in this field allows to select qualified liquid yeast suppliers in order to give customers a high quality brewer’s yeast characterized by specific functional and nutritional quality.
Increasingly Kluyveromyces fragilis yeast strain has been applied in animal nutrition.
Compared to Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, yeast based on Kluyveromyces fragilis or lactis stain is high in crude protein and aminoacids profile. The high percentage of Glutamic Acid, naturally present in this strain, improves feed palatability and helps animal to increase feed intake.
